He arrived at the newly agreed time and In only 2-3 bourse was able to install two wall mounts and TVs and hookup the various input sources and in one case run power and video cables through the walls for a clean appearance. "Overall it went well. I was given an 11-1 window but the movers didn't arrive until 3. Once there, the three gentlemen worked efficiently. They were professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend that the company invest in a newer truck and power tools for the movers. For that price, the need a great job. "Oscar came out himself and did a fireplace inspection/cleaning for me. He came within the 2 hour window scheduled, was polite and professional, didn't track dirt in or out of my home, did a good job and left the area clean. He did a good job explaining to me the work he did that day and what maintenance needed to be done and why, and gave me an estimate in writing on the spot. Was not pushy in any way.  I found out that they also perform other types of jobs that I need to be done like masonry, patio work, deck repair, and more, so I asked them to come back for an estimate. Would highly recommend them for fireplace work and would use them again. Was given an Angie's List discount.

"Due to rotted wood, my mailbox fell down on a Friday. Around 5:00pm, I sent a note to Mailbox Xpress stating that I wanted to have a new Mailbox and a new post installed. My plan was to be added to their list of work for the following week. However, I received a call from Jimi that Friday night, and spoke with him again on Saturday, about the type of mailbox post that I wanted. Also, I sent Jimi a picture showing the color of both my house and the old mailbox post. I pointed out to Jimi that I had no expectations for him to install the mailbox that weekend. However, Jimi made my case a priority because my mailbox had fallen down. He matched the color of my house and installed the new mailbox that Sunday. And, it was a tough job getting the old concrete out of the ground. So, from a flyer left on my old mailbox 5-6 years ago, what did I get by contacting Mailbox Xpress? I got excellent customer service and excellent workmanship. The new mailbox with a new post is fine."

"I think this system is quite pricey and was reluctant to have it installed because of the price.  However, the sales person was willing to work with me to tweak my plan to get the price to a more palatable level for me.  The system certainly does keep the garage a lot more organized and much, much cleaner.  On the day of installation the team arrived right on time.  They introduced themselves and reviewed with me what they would be doing.  They worked steadily all day until they finished and before they left they reviewed the project with me.  They were polite and congenial.  I have had to have them come back since  the installation to deliver 2 shelves that were not in stock when the system was installed and to change out 2 accessories that I wanted to exchanged.  On each occasion they were prompt and professional.  I received a follow-up call from the office to be sure that everything was to my liking.  I found this company to be very customer oriented and responsive.

"Robert came to my house and inspected the roof and inside the attic. He explained what was going wrong with my roof and outlined my options for getting a new roof installed. He also showed me his company's credentials and their excellent ratings with various rating agencies. He gave me a quote and I was contacted to confirm the installation date. Robert and his crew showed up on time, worked really hard all day and had the new roof installed as well as the two new attic fans we had discussed installing.
