He did a fine job installing the new Goodman heat pump in this old house. It works well, and is very quiet. I was impressed with his attention to detail with all of his work. The install took several days, yet at the end of each day he cleaned up his worksite thereby making living through this disruption quite liveable. I have no problem recommending Solutions HVAC to anyone searching for a reputable business for their heating and air conditioning needs. "

"made an appointment because the price quoted to me to diagnose my issue was $89 plus tax, if any repairs are made that would be additional. technician spent 15 min in attic to determine nothing was wrong and then spent remaining time speculating what it could be. After all was said and nothing done my bill came to $307. Technician indicated that it was an extended diagnostic visit. I was shocked and appalled! No tools were used, no repairs were done just the technician speculating on my dime. Contacted the main office and Eva said she would refund me $89 by check. It's gouging and dishonest. If I had known i was being charged by the hour, I guarantee he would have been out of my house 20 mins after he arrived. Im considering contacting the BBB and the attorney general if this is not resolved satisfactorily. I have no problem paying the diagnostics charge of $89 plus tax but not the extended portion."

"Terrible company that fights with its customers vs. taking ownership of their mistakes. I dealt with Rob, the owner, because the furnace they installed didn’t fit where the old u it was. Also, my 2nd furnace mysteriously lost power to at the same time my new furnace was installed, yet they claim they have absolutely nothing to do with it. The owner bullied me for full payment, claiming breach of contract if I didn’t pay in full, even though the job was done poorly, the furnace closet door won’t close and my other furnace doesn’t work. Looking at his Yelp reviews, you can see that other customers have been bullied as well. The technicians are nice, but the owner will always deny any wrongdoing on their part. I had to pay in full and now am hiring other vendors to fix Revival’s issues."
