"I contracted with Buena Vista Roofing (BVR) for a complete tear-off and re-roof of my parents house in Vancouver, WA. BVR came highly recommended by one of their neighbors, so I took his recommendation and called. From that initial phone call to the completion of the job, working with BVR was a great experience. The estimator performed a complete set of measurements and provided a quote that was fair. There was even a discount for being a senior citizen and a military veteran! The BVR crew of 3 workers showed up on time each day and went about their work. Once the old roofing was removed, the lead man could see areas where there was damaged/rotted roof decking (plywood) that needed replacement. The highly skilled crew cut out the bad sections and â puzzledâ in the new plywood pieces perfectly. BTW - the additional charge for the repairs that they made was very reasonable. After 3 ½ days and a lot of hard work, the transformation was complete and the new roof looks fantastic. I went atop the roof with the BVR inspector, and took lots of pictures. The workmanship is absolutely top notch. If you need a new roof, BVR should be your 1st call."

"We were in urgent need of a new roof after Berkshire Hathaway stopped providing residential insurance and our new insurance company denied us due to our roof being in disrepair. We didn’t have a spare twenty grand lying around so we were panicking and scrambling to get this done within g the 90 day insurance grace period. We got several different quotes, but Trenick came in at the lowest by FAR. Even with the mid grade roof and 50 year guarantee, no one came close. We expressed urgency in getting it done and they scheduled as SOON as the weather looked decent. They were cheap and quick and did amazing work. They were honest and up front about the pricing. They thought we might need a couple sheets of plywood replaced, but we did not and were never charged for it even though they had hauled it out just in case. Our new roof looks AMAZING and the work is top notch! It only took 2 days for the roof and 1 day for the gutters. And now we don’t have to worry about it for the next 50 years!"

"Big thank you to Fermin and the team at West Coast, they were amazing! They went above and beyond. We have a flat portion of our roof, which is apparently more difficult to install, and it was hard to find a company that would do it. They not only did it, but added slope to it for us so that it's not a flat roof anymore. So awesome! They put on a new roof, vents, and gutters, painted our outside trim, and did a great job with all of the woodwork that was rotting and had to be replaced. But above all, they were friendly, flexible and very reasonable. We will definitely call on them again if we have any roofing or painting jobs"

Alywin's Crews were on time and cleaned up as they went, provided protection for our plantings, and did a complete sweep for nails and other debris when finished.
