"Deciding to replace or repair"

"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"I highly recommend Jake for all appliance repairs! He has visited our house multiple times to perform repairs on two different refrigerators and an oven. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable about all types of appliances, but he is also one of the nicest people you will ever meet. I've referred him to many of my real estate clients, and they have all been very satisfied with his work. Steve LeTourneau, Ramsey Mn resident and Realtor with RG/LPT Realty"

"I called Burkhardt and talked directly to Chris. The work I wanted done was:
Replace Main Line valve into house
Remove and install garbage disposal
Fix two leaky faucets with bleeder valves. One required replacement
Fix continuous running toilet
Chris and his associate completed all the work in about 2 hours. This included heading out for additional parts due to the unusual nature of my mainline valve implementation. All in all I have no complaints with any part of the service and I'd use them again. I did not ask for an estimate ahead or time or get any other estimates, but the price felt fair to me based on past work I have had done.

"Emailed company for an estimate to repair or replace some interior doors. Got a prompt reply and set up a time for the appointment. The owner assessed the job and told us that repair was all that was needed, not replacement. He also gave us some insight into a future job that we are considering and could consider the company for. The repairs were able to be scheduled within a week and the job was well done. Only snag was a little mix up in the time that the job was to start, but this was very minor. Overall we are very happy with the experience. We very much appreciate the experience level of the people we dealt with (Jim and Tom).

"Service was within the usual window, and was excellent-focused on work, respectful, answered my questions clearly and was helpful about source of problem with our dishwasher.  Very helpful"

"They were a bit expensive but he did complete the job well and in a timely manner. I was a bit disappointed at the mess of lint left in the yard when the dryer ducts were cleaned out."

"Tony Jacisin did a great job on my HVAC servicing. He was very timely, polite, and efficient in completing the repair. Highly recommended."

"Sears Home Improvement Products have washers and fittings to repair washing machines and such. The staff seem real knowledgeable and they were friendly with my son when my son was asking the sort of questions he asks everyone! The pricing is reasonable."

"From day 1 it was a night and day experience. They actually showed up, so they were already off to a better start. Worked with the city and structural engineer to ensure safe completion of structural work, worked with me on layout and design. Work area was always tarped off to avoid dirtying up the rest of the house, and the worksite was so clean I wanted to hire them as housecleaners afterwards. Very respectful of our property and time, and our money. There were a couple change orders, and I was on the front of them every time- I knew what was going on, I was able to make decisions on which way I wanted to go with things. There was constant updates and communication, they were always willing to meet me onsite to discuss progress. Their subs were great as well. I had a lot of changes and additions I made during the project and they were happy to accommodate. I was never in the dark on anything- always knew where my money was, if there were delays, if we needed to change or update something. We've already engaged them on another project. I absolutely love these guys and would recommend them to anyone. They saved my house. I was ready to walk away from the stupid thing and now it's coming together as the dream house I hoped it would be.
