"The service turned out well. It took a while to complete. We had a leak in the sunroom and they came out quickly whenever I called them. However, it took a while to pinpoint where exactly it was leaking. They were out here a few months back and did some more extensive repair and were able to fix the leak this time. They did everything as advertised and then in addition to that, they also fixed some molding around the chimney that had become cracked and weathered. I had not used them before. He was on a job when I requested a quote but he said he would contact me as soon as he was done for the day. He looked at the pics he requested and gave me a price. "I had requested 3 roofers from Angie's List and 3 from Home Adviser. None of the one's from Home Adviser even called me. Roger not only called but came that evening after I got off work. He gave the best quote and when we told him he had the job he was there the next day and had the job completed and cleaned up before I got off work. We were talking to him about some other work we were looking at doing and he looked at it and had his electrician come check it out to give us a quote in a few days. We will use him again on many of our home repairs."
