"I highly recommend Fabiano's Construction. Our experience with him was fantastic from beginning to end. The project was to restore and replace the exterior window frames of our 1830 Trinity. The previous owners had installed new windows on the inside but left the old ones outside for beauty. Many of these old windows were completely rotten at the bottom, barely holding the small panes of glass together. We got three estimates. One builder wanted to replace the old windows with a second set of new ones. Another was going to patch them up with wood filler. Fabiano was the only one who was willing to actually restore them, using green wood for the parts that were beyond salvaging. It was precision carpentry work requiring problem-solving ingenuity. The new frames and sills are green wood plus Azek (PVC), so they should last forever. Although more major restoration was necessary than foreseen, Fabiano and his crew—his son Will and assistant Simon—still finished the job in the predicted time. They were careful, focused, hard-working, and also really nice, honest people. It was a pleasure to meet them, and the result is a stunning improvement to our house both inside and out. Fabiano is responsive and friendly, an expert who takes pride in his work. Incredibly, his price was the lowest the three. We plan to hire him for another project."

"Jerry referred me to Greg Simpkins as he was going on vacation. Greg did a great job of installing 9 new bedroom and closet doors, some which needed customizing. He installed a beautiful new granite countertop for the vanity, new mirror, pocket door and light fixture. The bathroom looks brand new. He even went to the trouble of rerouting the pipe under the sink to a center sink which looks great. Pulled up tile at front door and sanded, stained and finished the hardwood floor. Greg was very friendly and professional, always let me know what time he would arrive and cleaned up everything every day before leaving. The job went terrific, really happy how everything turned out. Definitely would recommend Greg for any job you have."

"I reached Out to Mr. Alonzo on January 24th and he responded almost immediately that evening.He came out and inspected the project the following Friday morning and i had a quote that afternoon. Considering the work needed and the fact that it was a pick up of an already started project he was very detailed on the expectations and costs. His first crew was there the following Tuesday and i could immediately tell that Mr. Alonzos' people were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Within a week i was ready for paint in both rooms and i was extremely satisfied in the work his finisher Manuel was able to accomplish considering the deformations in the structure. Once he was done you could barely tell anything was amiss and once paint was applied the next day i was very pleased with all work. Next time i start a project Juan's company is first on my list"

"We have a big sunroom that was not finished. We wanted to put drywall all over, paint ceiling walls, all doors, windows and trim. There was a lot of work as the sun rois pretty big. We had many estimates but LHI not only offered us the best quote but they did and amazing job. If anybody is looking for painters that do perfect job, this is definitely the right company to hire. The crew that came to us was wonderful, they came in time everyday, did a great job, cleaned after themselves. They did an amazing prep work once the drywall was installed and so the paint once it went on had an amazing texture to it. "Called Doc and he answered the phone (no voice mail). He said, after delivery of dishwasher to inspect for damaged merchandise (sometimes he comes to install and finds product damaged). Gave price of $199.00. When delivery has been made and all is well, call him and he will schedule installation. Delivery was made on a Friday, called him on Saturday (again he answered his phone) and he came on Monday morning. There were no extra charges. Installation was done professionally and quickly. No more doing dishes by hand!"
