His timeframe yo start the projects were in a short timeframe which is something that’s hard to find anymore. He replaced and painted 2 window sills that had water damage, repaired the bathroom ceiling along with nail pops in the bedroom. It was a last minute decision for us to replace a fan and he was more than happy to take care of the install. The work was thorough, prices were very reasonable and the projects were completed within the timeframe give. I could not have been more pleased and am already referring him out to others. It just so happened that after the install, I told the installer I smelt gas and to check everything. He simply waved it off and said it's fine, give it some time. I told AJ Perri multiple times that there is a gas leak and I asked them to rectify the situation. I called them multiple times to send someone to fix the issue immediately and urgently, but they refused to commit to any resolution and won't send anyone until the gas is turned off for the whole building. I explained that its a condo and that the unit itself in the utility closet has a separate gas shutoff valve. Knowing this, they refused to remediate the gas leak."
