At the time of write up, i told them the basement gets feet of water per day. I need a GOD level solution. Two sump wells were put in with a battery backup. The pumps ultimately failed due to a breaker tripping because they put two 10 amp pumps on a single circuit. The basement flooded since no one is actively living there to hear the backup pump kick on. This in turn fried the battery backup and the electrical components that were installed knee high.
