"PBA did James Hardy fiber cement siding on my home. I directed them as to how I wanted the product installed as I had done my research on installing the siding. Carlos and Higor promised me that they would do a great job and I would be thrilled with the result. I work from home so I was there everyday during the prep and the installation of the siding. PBA's crew could not have been more cooperative and anxious to bend over backwards on every request I had and every detail. Originally the job was quoted as taking 3 to 4 weeks, but due to my constant supervision and requests the job took 8 weeks, including the new 6 inch gutters. The crew did arrive everyday and worked like a well oiled machine. I was very satisfied with their attitudes, because I put them through ****, and they took it in stride and never gave me a feeling that they were upset. The foreman would say "no problem". I did have an addon after the installation began. Higor gave me a very fair price for labor a material. I also wanted to mention that after the crew left I had some concerns. Carlos and Higor came out and spent the majority of the day on ladders making sure everything was done to my complete satisfaction and I didn't pay them a nickel until I was completely satisfied. Very happy with PBA and highly recommend them. One more thing. I had some issues with the new guttering installation. One issue I noticed a couple of months after the install was done and one I noticed several months (yes, months) after the install. I made a call and Higor and Carlos sent the gutter crew out within a day and made it right."

"*** Update. After talking with Pat at Four Seasons, they have to decided to make things right. Our windows are now going to be replaced with windows with grids. The gutters have been fixed. Everything has been fixed. Advised Pat of the major lack of communication from the sales team. Buyer beware!!! This is the second time that I have worked with Four Seasons, and will probably be the last. I called to have new fascia, soffit, and gutters installed. I told the salesman that the fascia bored was rotting in several places. He also told me I should order windows as they are having a big sale because of covid, so I did. I was told that the soffit, fascia, gutters would be done in 2 weeks. They showed on the 4th week, and the only reason they showed up then is because my constant asking when they would be out. The installed the fascia over the rotten parts. I called before they were done and the owner came out and said that would be an extra charge but we will replace the parts that are not done. They left the stuff they already cover up. When the guy came out to measure for the windows we were asked if we wanted grids or not. I told him we wanted grids. When the widows showed up they did not have the grids. My salesman said he could fix it, but it would cost $191 per window to fix it. Also, after the gutters got installed, my wife heard the installer say "wont be the first job for me to get called back to fix a job." One of the downspouts is installed incorrectly. I noticed it the next day. Here almost 2 weeks later and it is not fixed. Be very careful when ordering through them and make sure you double check the work before they leave. The communication between costumer and sales is not lacking. W I wished we had the other sales person we used before. He is no longer with the company."

"Basically we were VERY DISAPPOINTED in the workmanship of installers.  We picked Window World because we wanted a medium priced alternative to replace windows in our 60's house and also because Angie's list rated them high on installation.   Workers were polite and cleaned up after themselves, but after we started looking closely there were horrible problems with the installation.  We had quarter inch gaps in the trim boards around the inside of windows where the boards had been ,knocked loose in taking out the old windows.  Trim boards were loose and installers had not renailed or caulked around them.  Plus in bathroom areas where we had casement windows installed the caulking on inside (which is very visible) was uneven and rough. <br /> We called the company back and a week later they came back to fix what hadn't been done.  They did get the loose boards and forgotten caulking done.  The bathroom caulking looks better but is still rough.  We haven't been able to sand it and paint because it is the flexile type of caulking that is rubbery.   <br /> Again -- we are disappointed, but I guess you get what you pay for.   <br /> <br /> <br />"

"We had an amazing experience with Bordner Home Improvement on our siding project. From Armond taking my first call and answering questions, to Joel talking us through each option and helping us decide colors (we picked Deep Ocean and Artic White trim). From Stefanie and Crystal in the office helping with questions along the way and Cliff being available almost all day, every day during our week of install. I had so much anxiety the week of construction, not knowing what they&#39;d find tearing off siding on a 66 year old house. Cliff was so patient and walked us through every issue that came up. He ensured all of our fears and concerns were addressed and helped us find practical solutions to some placement issues we had with vents, lights and wires on our old house.
