They were prompt, they were prepared for COVID, they also put drop cloths down so that they wouldn't dirty the carpet! They took extra care not to mess up the yard by putting down plywood too. They were efficient and did a marvelous job. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again! One of my neighbors used them for indoor bathroom plumbing repair and said the same thing. They went right to work on installing a sewer pump and connecting it to the main sewer line in our unfinished basement so that we can have out downstairs bathroom built. They were very neat, and explained everything they were doing. We got very quick response from this company. "My heat pump which had been installed 2 years ago by FH Furr suddenly stopped working Sunday afternoon. With the heat warnings in effect, I knew I needed help, FAST! Blair arrived this morning abd diagnosed the issue and replaced the condensation pump. These new "smart" systems have more brains than some humans!! When the pump failed, it shut down the entire system. However, Blair had the old school know-how and work ethic to get my system back online and back to normal. I have seen a nice change in technicians in the last 2 years and am always pleased to have them come out and fix any issues I may have. Keep up the good work!!"

"As the job was unfolding, it was discovered the main water line crossed over the sewer line. Thus, the water line had to come out so the sewer could be accessed. The water line was about 4 ft in the ground and the sewer line was about 4 plus feet under it. The price includes replacing both lines. $5,500 for the sewer and $1,400 for the water. The camera video was included in the sewer line price."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
