"<p>Ken was great to work with.  I had called 3 companies to get quotes for a replacement overhead door.  One company never called me back.  Avanti beat the other company's estimate by almost $200.  He was a little late showing up to do the measurements, but he made up for it when he arrived early for the install.  He hauled away my old garage door and track and installed a new garage door and track.  Since my house is old the garage door opening was not a standard size, he had to special-order the garage door and also install a low-overhead track.  Ken said it took a lot of little adjustments to get everything lined up just right.  We're very happy with the door and wish we had contacted him for a new door sooner!  It was a lot less expensive than we thought a new garage door would be. "Our installation went extremely well, but the installer was at the house for a long time (and this was not because he was slow or untrained!) We had some challenges that he needed to overcome installing the rails and opener, and he was VERY thorough. The wiring was meticulously fastened and the door is solid (exactly as discussed during the estimate). He had good recommendations for products. Installed main floor laundry, remolded a gutted bathroom, made it handicap accessible, installed new kitchen countertops and doors, updated the fuse box and sooooo much more. "The installer, Mark, was amazing. He explained everything, asked questions and did a great job. Also, the basement looks nice, big improvement. Quality materials and a cool wall system. LED lighting in the drop tile ceiling and a floating floor system. I paid cash, no financing, and got a little bit better discount than the offer with financing. That's good if you've got the money saved up and set aside for something like this.  <br /> The basement was finished on time as promised and looks great. We had an issue with it not warming up on cold days and after some back and forth, Comfort made it right by installing a 72" baseboard heater in the room. Not the most elegant solution but it looks alright and most importantly, it works. They did not charge anything for this and that's a testament to a company like Comfort that stands behind their product and work.  <br /> We're considering some other work around the house, including windows and patio doors. Will definitely get a quote from Comfort. <br />"
