"I needed to replace an existing outside gas tankless water heater and had obtained estimates from two plumbers when I happened upon the Home Advisor site. I had never used them, so I submitted my details. Matt from Platinum Plumbing called me less than two minutes after I submitted. He discussed the job with me and recommended the water heater he had installed in his own home. That seemed like a pretty reliable recommendation. He emailed me a written bid within a couple of minutes of our conversation. His was the best price for a high quality water heater. That was on a Friday, he installed it Monday morning. The install took about 1 hour & 45 minutes. I watched him work the entire time. In my opinion, heâ s an honest man and really knows what heâ s doing. Itâ s a great experience to watch an experienced pro in action. The unit needed to have an outdoor plug installed. Mattâ s electrician appeared right on time and quickly accomplished that. We are so happy to have hot water again. It was a pleasure meeting Matt. I would unhesitatingly recommend him to install a tankless water heater or whatever project he would bid on!"

"I had an emergency water break to my house on a Sunday. Bill Bellas contacted me first by e-mail and then by phone agreeing to be at my house with an hour and a half. Bill brough his two sons to help. He had to dig and sauter to remove the old pipe and then shop for new parts but the project was completed in under 2 hours! He was fee was VERY resonable and the Sacramento City Water department came out the next day to check the work. The four inspectors with the water department said that he had done an excellent job and that I got the deal of a lifetime. "It’s been a while that I wanted to have a company that can come over and check the house for any problems that increased my monthly bills and to fix them at a normal price. I came across this company and I scheduled a meeting with Ezra and Charlie to come over and see/check. Ezra and Charlie checked the house for more than 2 hours and they found out that some of the windows were old and needed to be replaced with new ones. In addition to that, they recommended me to remove the water heater and to install a tankless system that will provide me with hot water only when I need and by having that, my bills will be reduced.The Quote that I got from him was good enough (to my opinion) and I retained them for the job.
