"It went very well. In recently moving into our new home, we realized there were some questionable ways outlets and switches were setup. During the long day of locating wiring and rewiring, every piece was explained in detail for me to understand along with options to correct issue. By the end of the day, we now have overhead lighting in 4 rooms with fan switches at the wall with always on outlets. Would recommend and plan to use again in the near future..."

"I ordered a general checkup of my home. The electrician found a melted wire in my breaker box. He rerouted all of the wires to separate bolts. I opted to get a surge protector installed at that time. I recommend James at Mister Sparky. He explained the questions that I asked. Like, â  What is this switch for?â  Itâ  s a comfort to know that my home is safe now.... and that I have a switch to turn on electric candles in my windows."

"Rob Quigley was awesome. Professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Couldn’t have had a better person to install my water heater. To HL Bowman—you better hang on to this guy! He’s an asset to your company."

"We had an outstanding experience working with the team at Grounded Electric Co. From the very start, Dalton and Trevor were professional and thorough, providing us with a detailed estimate for the sale and installation of a Generac home generator. The level of attention to detail was evident, as they even had a team member present during the factory delivery of the generator on Friday. Then, when it was time for installation on Monday, the entire crew (Trevor, Dylan, TJ and Dalton) showed up on schedule and executed the installation flawlessly. Every step of the process was seamless, and it’s clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority."

"Quick response and found our electrical problem. Joey is very professional and thorough and we are looking forward to working with him on other projects at our home."

"The electrician showed up on time and eager to get started. He swiftly eliminated the breaker box as being at fault, and systematically tracked down two separate faults...one at an outlet and another at a switch in the attic. I'm an electronics technician by trade, so I know a little bit about electricity, but these problems had eluded me for weeks...the Murphy Family Services electrician found both problems in less than an hour. If I ever have electrical problems again in the future, I'm not wasting time troubleshooting on my own...I'm contacting Murphy!"

"Very well, they were prompt and my father was very pleased. The only thing which could be improved was their receipt. It was very generic. I used the 25.00 Angies list coupon, however I was only told over the phone that they took it off. The labor cost, cost of the light and coupon were not detailed on the receipt, and all it stated was the $158. total cost. The cost was reasonable and I have no issue with that, I would just like to know exactly what I paid for in detail."
