He arrived with an apprentice and they were very neat and put on booties before they entered my house. They diagnosed it and quoted me $291 to unclog it. He said they would also guarantee the work for 30 days."

"About two weeks ago we noticed a small amount of water below the water heater and immediately knew we needed to have it checked out. We called out a company to check it out who informed us we had an internal leak and would need it replaced.  At this point I went to Angie's list to find local plumbing companies and after looking at several models and brands of water heaters we knew we wanted to go with a Bradford white, the same brand we had.  I then researched companies that offered this brand and found Top Notch Plumbing.  After speaking with Gordon on the phone and explaining what the issue was he quoted us over the phone. I then read reviews on his company before moving forward.  I called him back a couple days later to make an appointment. He was able to get us in the next morning.  His appointment was at 9AM and he was on time!!  He replaced the earthquake straps and a gas line that ran to the water heater.  He didn't have to replace them, but was honest and knew they needed to be replaced.  I was very impressed with Gordon, he completed the install about 2 hours after he arrived and went over everything before he left.  Within 20 mins of him leaving we had hot water, hotter water than we ever did before!  Thank you so much Gordon of Top Notch Pluming! If we need a plumber in the future we will call you!

"First we had a backup of our sewer into the kitchen sink. When they came out to clear the blockage, we found out that there was a break in our sewer line - an offset allowed the sewer to back up. Using a camera and other technology, they were able to locate the break - precisely - it was 9 feet below the surface. Working around the rain, the following people put their heart and sole into getting it fixed. Gabriel was in charge of the group - Frank ran the camera crew, Raul dug the hole down past the gas line, electric and water lines. Francisco and Martin did the power flush after the line was repaired. These guys worked IN THE RAIN to get the job completed in a timely manner. After RAUL dug below the service lines, a backhoe was used to complete the hole. I'm sorry, but I cannot remember the name of the operator of the backhoe. Again, superb work. repairs. They do, we made an appt. Ray came within the time frame on the
first day. The job would cost $200 to fix but he would need to come
back the next day as he would need to get the appropriate parts. He was
rather busy the next day and wasn't as prompt the following day but is
always professional. He did the best he could but he had to come back
yet another day. With the end in sight, we all waited with baited breath
for Ray to say "All Done!". He was so kind he gave us a $100 discount
for all the inconvenience. We will use Vista Plumbing again and again
with any plumbing needs."

"Discovered that an old, cast iron, drop-in sink had begun to rust through and was therefore in need of replacement. I contacted Personal Plumbing and they worked with me to determine an appropriate option for a replacement that wouldn't break the bank. They were on time, professional, thorough, and clean. I would absolutely use them again."

"The tech was professional and arrived on time.  The general routine cleaning went fine.  However, the troubleshooting did not resolve the issue. He did notice the unit leaning a bit and straightened it out, but a couple of months later during another hot spell the unit was leaking again.  I called them and they sent the field manager who cut and replaced a very crooked condensate line and it appeared all was resolved.  Fast forward 10 months of rare usage: after 3 days in a hot spell - the leak reappeared.  I shut off the a/c and waited for a good 5 months before calling a different plumber who blasted out the main condensate and the secondary line, and tested it by running a gallon of water through the line.  I don't believe the line was sufficiently cleared if at all, the first two visits with Carini. This seems like a pretty routine issue with condensate lines so I'm disappointed that it would have been either overlooked or insufficiently cleared out.
