"I had used Richard on an earlier repair and liked him and liked the work he did. When I wanted an extension of my existing system I called him. Unfortunately, the new drip system broke underground almost immediately. When I called to get it repaired, I was told I would have to go to the back of the line. If your work fails within days of being installed, good customer service would seem to call for fixing it as soon as possible."
