They were careful and accurate with their masking and protection of surfaces not to be painted, splattered, or over-sprayed. They filled nail holes, nicks, and cracks in the walls and trim and primed old enamel paint. Painting was smooth without thin spots or drips, runs, etc. They started on time and finished quickly on schedule. They left the house clean."

"Jay Furlong and his team did a fantastic job from start to finish. Jay does all the initial work of estimation, brainstorming color choices and explaining the process. He was very patient as I had some specific colors in mind and iterated some sample paints and swatches until I was satisfied. He even drove by a few houses when I provided a list of homes as an "example". His team/crew were pleasant, 100% on time, very careful about the plants and surroundings and diligent in their attention to detail. "Bill and the rest of the Fine Point team were incredible.
They sanded and repainted a large kitchen with stained oak cabinets. Since the oak didn't take the paint like other woods, they applied an extra coat of primer and and extra finishing coat to make sure that it looked the way we hoped. They used a spray, which helped give the cabinets a professional, uniform coat. They look fantastic.
When the paint dried, some of the cabinets didn't close properly. This is not a criticism?when we told Bill, he came by the next day to fix those that were misaligned (which could have happened in any project), so the final kitchen looked perfect.
The whole team was really friendly. They put in extra hours to make sure the job was done well, and honored their initial estimate, which was completely reasonably compared to some estimates we received.
They touched up several areas of the house. When we couldn't find a matching paint for the upstairs bathroom, Bill repainted the entire wall with another paint, and he did it for a nominal fee.
What can I say? The team was patient with us as clients, thorough with the job, and masters of the craft. Our house looks fantastic, and I'd hire them or recommend them in a heartbeat.
