A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. Within a couple days from the initial phone call I already had an estimate and once i decided to go with them the installation was completed in one week. Its been a little over a month since they completed the install and everything is working smoothly.

Juan, the installer was on time, courteous, self-effacing, humorous, knowledgable and highly skilled. He replaced the ugly functioning plumbing (piping) with a more contoured professional appearance. After the system instalation, function test, old water softener packed and area cleaned. I was given an outline of positives results to look for.  And, as of 2 weeks after installation, I am very pleased with results. Faucet run faster, wife says hair and skin feels better. "The crew at Ceiling Specialist did an excellent job with my ceilings! I was under a deadline to have work done in my unit and they were expeditious in the removal of the acoustic ceiling, retexture, and painting. They used high quality materials for the work. The workers were extremely friendly and took great care with clean-up each day. I have 2 floors and vaulted ceilings which can pose quite a challenge, but the work was consistently top notch through the entire unit. In all honesty, I just couldn't live with the popcorn ceiling in my unit. It looked so bad (even worse on vaulted ceilings), I don't know how others in my complex have managed, but I will be recommending Ceiling Specialists to them as well."

This was a special order faucet from Delta purchased about 10 years ago.  I did not locate a model number and therefore, I need to replace the faucet.  Haven't had the money to replace it yet so I haven't called them back to do the work.  I may just have a new one installed by Lowe's since that is where I will purchase the new one.  Assume they will have the appropriate tool.
This provider was very prompt and responsive.  The original person couldn't come, so they called and explained and then sent someone else.
However, I was a bit dismayed that the plumber showed up without a tool that would take apart the faucet.  It was special order, but it's a standard Delta that is fairly commong these days.
