"We hired Bradley Construction LLC to complete our basement renovation. The renovation entailed adding a laundry room, full bathroom, framing the basement, and everything that goes along with that. We worked through the design with Terry Bradley, Kim Bradley, and a couple of their subcontractors to get everything just right. This design and quoting process was smooth and ensured everyone was aligned. Once the project kicked off we worked with Kim Bradley as Project Manager. Kim is extremely thorough, dedicated, and was our biggest ally through the project. Kim ensured that all the subcontractors showed up as needed to keep the project on schedule and that everyone completed their work per the plan and at a high level. During the project a couple mistakes were made and without fail Kim picked up the phone and immediately made things right. Kim, Terry, Brian, Glen, and all the folks at Bradley have been a pleasure to work with. It's refreshing to find a true trustworthy professional."

"Rich’s Construction did a great job of adding a deck to my house, including a gazebo attached to the deck. He stood by all commitments of what he was to provide and how much we would have to pay for it. When a problem arose (oh no, our existing door to access the deck turns out to be too narrow), he suggested a solution on the spot and quickly gave us a quote for a small add-on project. "I'll start by saying I chose Matt because of the reviews here on Angie's List and the photographs of his work on his web site. Matt doesn't come cheap, and we did have significantly lower bids for this job. We felt that these built-ins were going into our great room and needed to look good, like a piece of furniture. We felt confident that Matt could deliver the quality craftsmanship we wanted for this project, and decided the extra cost was justified. Matt suggested a bench under each window with storage and doors below and a Cherry top (seat) on the benches. We decided on a scribed fit against the fireplace, which meant Matt would have to cut the bookshelves to mate with the rock fireplace. Matt shared his plan to build the bookshelves in his shop, described the materials being used and the process he would use to paint the exposed surfaces, gave us a rough date for completion and assured us we would be happy with the result. On installation day, he showed up with his partner Josh and each took a side of the fireplace to work on. They spent the entire day installing our built-ins, and even had to finish up a few details on the following day. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the result. The built-ins look great, and have that quality furniture look we hoped for. The sprayed on lacquer finish is awesome and durable. What an improvement in the room!"
