"Representative came to our house. Inspected and measured windows. He informed us of the various options. Very friendly and professional. We didn't feel rushed or pushed to make a decision. Half of the cost was expected at the time of the order. We had to wait over a month for the installation but were told that up front. Installation was done in that promised time frame. Day of installation, the worker explained what they would do and answered all questions. They were done in less than 2 hours which included a very good cleaning of the installation area and windows. I immediately noticed less noise and draft from the new windows. We were very pleased with the windows and the work."

"Awesome company, if you have any questions about the workmanship just call and the owner will come out that day to answer you concerns or fix anything you think is not satisfactory. He went above and beyond all expectations. I will work with no one else for my concrete roof tiles or my siding. He didn’t like the looks of the back of house match to the old siding, so he tore out all the old stuff and replaced with new and turned around and tore down the siding in front and redid it because he didn’t feel his crew had installed it properly so it wouldn’t warp again. All at no cost. When he looked over the roof estimate he also found he had charged me to much for the parts and wrote me a $200 check on the spot. He also showed me that I was still under warranty and helped fill out the info to get a full refund His business motto is “if your not happy he will go above what you expect to make you happy” Iig your reading this to compare contractors I’d stop here. "I hired the company to do a make ready [clean up & prep] on a single apartment in a building which I own in the  town where I live. I needed the property to be cleaned up so I could rent it again.  I have been a landlord for over 20 years & hadn't found a vacated property in such a mess in all my years. They did the complete interior clean-up which took about five hours. And, the complete prep of the property. they took out all the trash & junk, and cleaned up all debris left in the yard. They did such a great job with that I decided to use them for the yard maintenance also. They cleaned all my flowerbeds & got them ready for spring, placed mulch & trimmed the shrubs and flowering trees. On the inside they made everything look brand new! Cleaning the walls, painting, cleaned the carpets & stripped & polished the wood floors...making them look brand new. The appliances that stayed were cleaned inside & out. They even remembered to get all the light fixtures clean for me. Dusted all window seals & doorways. Shine mopped all they tile floors. To top it all off they even gave the bathrooms a fresh clean look by putting a new caulk seal around the tubs, sinks & shower...which gave the bathrooms a fresh face. All in all I found it to be a very stress free pleasant experience. And, I will definitely call on them for the next project because if they could do so well with a nightmare like that I'm sure the less difficult will be equally affordable and easily handled. "To begin, the wait for an appointment to install was tooooo long (village permit expired before install). The communications could have been better. The install crew was quick and professional, however after a very long wait for the installation, all of the materials were not provided as well as a damaged window (cracked screen) was installed. Follow-up emails were sent to find out an anticipated date to fix the damaged window and provide the missing screens. The referral segment needs attentions: 1. referred my mom after I paid a deposit and signed a contract for services, but her windows (she had more) were installed before mine. As to date, I've still never received anything for her referral. 2. I referred my neighbor C Lacey, she received 1 call, and have not spoken to anyone else. 3. My mom's neighbor received a quote, and asked me for a number to provide a call for approval to purchase. I'm very pleased with my windows, but the overall (start to finish) needs serious tweaking, with customer service being the #1 priority."
