"Greg is competent and precise in his attention to detail. He is hard working, fair, reliable, honest. He listens well and knows how to work with his customer, subcontractors and vendors. He has decades of experience in a broad range of construction areas and is well connected to other workmen, vendors. He is a fine craftsman and takes great pride in his work. He did what he said he would and always kept me informed about his work. His explanations about the project were clear. He more than met expectations for high quality work, for finishing early! He mostly worked 6 days a week. Greg completely renovated an old house in great disrepair to the point where I am proud to open a professional office in that space. He did a lot of heavy work and supervised at least 6 subcontractors, being knowledgeable about roofing, plumbing, electrical and mechanical work, and driveway grading. He created a retaining wall, brought a dilapidated garage up to code, put up drywall and painted, dug out 2 septic tanks, put down a cobblestone walkway, improved the vinyl siding, replaced numerous windows and numerous interior and exterior doors with energy efficient products, making the main office area totally sound proof from a major road with heavy traffic.
