"I called just after 5:00 pm and left a message. I was called back about 8:30 the same day. Made an appointment for between 3:30 and 5:00 the next day. Marcus was waiting for me when i got home at 3:40. I explained the problem and he told me the likely issue, the freezer heater. Marcus had it replaced and was on his way by 4:00. Service to return a late placed call on the same day, an appointment within 24 hrs and the tech showed up on time is unbelievable service. I was quoted a price which I thought was fair and the repair was made very quickly. All I need now is to have the repair work, which I expect it to. Great company to deal with."

Everything went as planned.
They passed inspection the first time.  The inspector only asked that I have them come back and add some additional sealant over the screws in the bottom of the windows.  The inspector passed them without them doing that.  He just said he suggested it to make it perfect.  D&D came out the next day and did what he had asked.

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
