He helped me select strong 9/16” windows with visible transmission of 60% (thus, the outside from inside looks bright) while the solar heat gain was limited to 32% (thus, the house is protected from excessive heat). The windows are rated for +90 and -90 pressure, which is well above the Miami Dade guidelines. The doors are strong and aesthetic. In summary, I received strong, hurricane protection doors and windows that also shield me from heat and noise, move smoothly, and are visually appealing. The quality installers at ASP, Yosyenny and Emilio, demonstrated exceptional skill and attention to detail. They worked diligently and efficiently, ensuring that each window and door was perfectly fitted and securely installed. Despite the extensive work, they maintained a neat and organized workspace, leaving no mess behind. Roy is also a capable installer. Thanks also to Michel and Sergio for project management, and to Emily, Luisa and JJ for the coordination. Overall, my experience with ASP was outstanding. "Initial contact was through email. Received prompt response on the next business day. Rep was able to email me several option to replace the front doors of my home. Settled on Aluminum impact doors. Got a couple of competing quotes and decided to go with D&D. Paid the deposit, had the doorway measured, and was told when the doors were ready I would be contact for an install. Within two weeks, they were ready to install the next Monday. Install went smoothly but I did have some minor issues I wanted corrected. D&D worked with me on each item and only when I was satisfied was I asked for final payment. I know I will be updrading windows and other doors in the future and will be sure to use D&D.
