"They did a great job replacing Control 4 light switches with 3-way and 4-way toggle switches. Due to the way the Control 4 switches were installed it took them a little longer than planned to get the new toggle switches installed, they only charged me the original quote. Very friendly and courteous. Definitely would hire them again"

"Guys showed up on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed problem. While here we discussed she and load on house panel and had them install a whole-house surge protector. I had a post house get toasted by a lightning strike so seemed prudent given electronics in house."

"The job went well. We needed someone to come out as soon as possible. Waibel electric was booked 2 weeks out but indicated they could possibly come out this week due to the nature of the job. I received a call 2 days later and advised they could come out. They replaced the GFI and identified the issue with the dryer electrical outlet and replaced the breaker accordingly. Both Jon and Todd did a great job and delivered in a emergency situation. Thanks guys"

"Arrival was prompt and on time as promised. The tech was friendly and professional. He knew exactly what I wanted and got straight to work. The new vanity lights were installed, switches changed out and a Ring doorbell installed. Finished quicker than I expected. Good cost too."

We want you to know that we are very pleased with the quality of service Undefined Heights Electrical & Data LLC provided. I was impressed from our first appointment. Your estimate was not only the most affordable compared to the other four companies I received estimates from, but it was the most detailed. I really appreciated the time spent on educating me on your solution for our electrical work needed. This made me understand the process and reasons of the work that needed to be done. I felt confident I was making the right decision.

Not only were you the most affordable and offered the best long term solution, but you saved me money by being honest and not adding additional unnecessary costs. You also went above and beyond by adding a few extras that made my life easier. We sincerely appreciate your responsiveness and the way you conduct business.
