One man worked in the basement to install plumbing and electrical, the rest worked in the yard to install sprinklers and water lines. They notified us when the water would be turned off, and then 30 minutes later it was back on. After they had set up the system the lead man walked through how the system operated, and verified with me the 10 zones of sprinklers. They cleaned up everything very well, and were finished by 4:30..The did the whole installation in the rain...Very professional crew.."

"Rain One just finished installing our new sprinkler system.  I have been very, very impressed with them so far.  We're in a new housing development and waiting months for the sod to be installed.  When Jeff, with Rain One, came out two months ago, he told us we'd want to get it installed between the final grading of  the yard and the installation of the sod.  Otherwise you'd have to wait for the sod to root before it could be installed--and think of all that manual watering we'd have to do in the meantime.  Jeff said they would work with us as best as they could to make sure that happened on their end.  We got absolutely no cooperation from the builders.  After almost two months of excuses on why the sod wasn't getting installed, we finally got the final grading done on a Monday with no word on when the sod would be installed.  I immediately contacted Jeff and within an hour he got back to us.  He said the guys that mark the underground utilities would come Tuesday and his crew would be here at 8 a.m. Wednesday morning and would have it done that day.  He did say he made a client grumpy by bumping her appointment, but timing was of the essence for us.  Thank you grumpy customer for letting us have your spot.  The delightful crew, headed up by Bob, arrived before 8 this morning, got busy and were done by early afternoon.  They're fluffing up of the soil and leveling was so much better than the sod crews leveling/fluffing I am much more optimistic that I may have a smoother lawn to mow should the sod ever get installed.  Thank you to Rain One for redeeming my faith in great customer service!!"

"Have a pretty big yard, around 1/2 acre. Spent lots of time getting estimates from about a dozen different companies. By far, Carol was the most professional and knowledgeable of all the other people who came to give estimates. One huge benefit of Sprinkler Doctor is they were the only company of the dozen that came out who used a mix of the top 2 brands of products to build a system with the best components available. Also, I was interested in a newer "smart" controller that they weren't familiar with, but they were able to source and install for me.  <br /> The work started on Monday and was done by Wednesday. "We moved into a brand new home in late December, 2014.  Wilson Turf was the company providing our landscaping package so we assumed it would be easiest to have them install our irrigation system also.  Seemed like a great idea until we got their estimate -- close to $6,000.00.  I got on Angie's List to get some other estimates and found really positive reviews of Dave Mattews' company.  I contacted both Matthews Irrigation and Rain One for estimates.  One issue for our property is the fact that we reside in Jefferson Township and their rigid requirements definitely add to the cost of any system.  Rain One's estimate was completely out the roof so we decided to use Matthews Irrigation.  What a blessing!  Dave is very professional; knows his stuff and is so easy to work with.  We were at the mercy of our landscaper as far as installation of our sod and Dave was totally accommodating!  He laid all of the tubing prior to the sod being laid.  We are still waiting for our front yard to be finished but Dave came out as soon as our back and sides were finished and added the heads and controller.  It just went so smoothly!!!  We really feel like we were extremely fortunate to have chosen Matthews Irrigation.  I would highly recommend Dave for any services he offers! <br />"
