"He performed a thorough exam of the house, interior and exterior. He set multiple traps and then returned twice to check the traps ( a week between each visit) and remove the rodents. In addition, he sealed both inside and outside wherever the critters could get in the house, He is very responsive, professional and nice. The work is guaranteed for a year, in that he will return if needed to address any returns. The price was very reasonable for all the work he did and our house has been quiet since his first visit. <br /> I would definitely recommend him to anyone with a critter problem! <br />"

"Once removal was complete, pests did not return so work was done well. However, technicians are not really interact with us during any visits and don't explain what they are doing. They are also sometimes late. However, price is good and they keep bugs and rodents out."
