This company took my money and conducted an audit, and after repeated requests on my end for the results and repeated promises on their end to give the results and a promise of a refund, have yet to do so in the 7+ months since the audit was conducted. This was after a multiple month wait on their wait-list to get the energy audit in the first place. I know this company has stellar reviews, but this has been one of the worst experiences with a business I've ever had."
