"This was one of the worst remodeling experiences I?ve ever had. I was completely oversold on what they could deliver. I hired them for a bathroom remodel and was promised a spa-like retreat. What I got instead looked like a cheap hotel bathroom. The price was outrageous. They pitched me at around $38,000, and I agreed because I thought I was getting a high-end, premium product. That was absolutely not the case. The materials and design options were extremely limited. They only work with one brand, and they push it aggressively like a bad timeshare presentation. To make matters worse, the price didn?t even include the vanity or any accessories. I had to provide all of that myself. For nearly forty grand, that is completely unacceptable. The workmanship was okay, not great. They were in and out in a day, which was convenient, but it clearly came at the cost of quality. There are spots where the work looks rushed and careless. This is a $15,000 bathroom at most."

"Although I am pleased with the completed shower, I did not have a great experience. Mason was the sales man, and he was lovely except during the sales process he showed me doors that they no longer stock. No big deal except the doors that we agreed on were not what was delivered. Jim the project manager came out and measured the enclosure , then ordered what we had agreed and put a deposit on. We were told it may take 10 weeks to come in?. It did. The team came in the following week and removed the old tub and walls, did all the prep and plumbing on Monday. We were told as soon as the plumbing inspector came out , and passed their work they would come right back out and start the installation. Passed at 10 AM Tuesday morning, Jim said he would send a crew that afternoon, no one showed up. This went on till Friday, keep in mind, I only have one shower. He came over and told me that this was a different leak. After I saved up enough money, I was referred to an expert in basement leaks/foundations. He came over and completed the work. When he was doing the work, he proactively asked me who did the work previously. He said he was clearly not done by someone with knowledge of foundations. I have tried to resolve with Eric. At a minimum, I deserve a refund"
