I phoned MoldMedics (MM) and spoke with Thad. Thad came to my home the next day and inspected both the moldy bedroom and also other parts of the house, looking for mold that I might have overlooked. He told me what was causing the mold and he suggested what could be done in the future to prevent another mold outbreak. Thad quoted a fair price ($845 + tax) to fix the problem, and I accepted. "I purchased a home from an estate of an elderly gentleman who had passed. I had a home inspection done. I was given the results of a mold test done by my "Home Inspector". The results stated I had a significant mold problem in my basement. I contacted AIR TECH ENVIRONMENTAL the owner came to my home looked at the report and the looked at my basement and laughed, he asked did they test this basement as it is now and I stated yes the test was only 2 weeks ago.
