"Workers dropped construction trailer yesterday afternoon & began work this AM. Sergei (owner) stopped by and explained minor changes. Workers very professional & courteous. Bad weather pushed timetable back by a couple of weeks. However, Sergei stayed in touch by phone & stopped by with his framer to go over measurements. So far we are very pleased. Sergei mismeasured opening for storm door which is going to require a custom made door. He explained that he would absorb the additional cost. I admire his honesty. Project completed a few days ago except for storm door. Good job, workers cleaned up everything. Sergei stopped by to be sure we are satisfied & accepted partial payment until custom storm door is here & installed. We also had an issue with during heavy rain we had water leaking into the soffet which they repaired with a j channel. I would definitely use Alliance again for any outside projects or repairs."

"If you want your garage motors or doors installed or repaired correctly, call these guys! They installed 2 garage motors, replaced the pins on my garage doors and fine tuned my old garage doors. "I am exceptionally happy with the work of Gibson Cellar Door and Window. I had a new hatchway door, basement door, and basement windows installed. I was quite please that they agreed to install the glass block windows that I wanted - other companies wouldn't. Unfortunately there were delays caused by COVID, but they installed the windows and hatchway door while waiting for the interior basement door to be delivered. Once the interior door arrived, it was installed even after the snowstorm the night before - I was expecting them to reschedule. They went above and beyond to get the interior door install, and did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend them and use them again."

"Our relationship with Exteriors of CT started in 2018 when I first moved to CT and needed the windows replaced in the house I just purchased. I met with 3 companies and got 3 quotes, Exteriors of CT wasn't the cheapest quote, but that was because they included far more in their quote. They not only replaced all of our 28 windows (including the removal of old storm windows) but they also replaced our rotting trim and vinyl wrapped it to ensure it looked amazing and wouldn't rot again. While they were working on my windows a storm blew through and my roof started leaking so badly it was flooding my kitchen. The Exteriors employee at my house that day actually climbed onto my roof and applied tar to the leaking area to hold me over until I could afford to replace my roof! Naturally I hired them to replace it a year later! They did such an amazing job on both my windows and roof that in 2021 they were the first company that I asked for a quote from for vinyl siding. I again got 3 quotes and Exteriors was only 2K higher than my lowest quote, but they again had included more. Of course I hired them for my siding job too. They had to remove a massive amount of old cedar shake siding, replace a large amount of rot, retrim all the windows they had just trimmed in 2018, and my house couldn't look better! I had MULTIPLE people stop when they would see me in the yard and ask me for the name of my siding company! I happily referred them to Exteriors of CT. It's been 6 months with our new siding and we couldn't be happier."
