This creating a bigger issue as it had washed away a lot of the dirt in and around my privacy fence making it loose and unstable. Ortiz Landscape did an owtstanding job with following up with calls. Mr. Ortiz himself was very helpful and had great information for me when he came out to the house to look at the job. He and the company did exactly what we discussed doing by putting in a couple of "catch bassings" and piping and rocks around the fence with concrete to help direct the water to the catch basing. He even came out again to check everything to make sure all was done correctly and to our satisfaction."

They were at my house from sun up to sun down everyday they were able to come, weather permitting. Josh, Steve and the entire crew were friendly and professional. A fantastic group of hard working guys. The patio is absolutely amazing. They cleaned up afterwards and laid down some hay on the areas that need sod in which my husband and I were so happy with this company that we already hired them to lay Sod in the Spring.
