Dennis (plumber) obviously a very experienced Cummings plumber--arrived on time (called ahead and said he was on the way) clarified with this homeowner what he was there to do (remove old faucets and put in new ones.). Explained water would need to be shut off for period of time (established location of water cut-off). No access door to shower, plumber neatly cut through dry wall to install new valve (had all tools necessary and vacuum). Drywall replaced neatly with screws to be repaired by homeowner-- C.P.I.'s do not repair drywall. Plumber very professional, pleasant. Note: All Cumming plumbers I have used for past 50 years have been very competent and efficient. Job invoices detailed and easily understood."

"First visit they determined the problem, provided an estimate, replaced the failed sump pump and provided a temporary solution to the gravel that was entering through the collapsed wall of the sump well so I wouldn't be stranded and have the basement flood.  We agreed on a estimate -- labor and parts costs were explained -- and scheduled an appointment for the all day job of jackhammering the basement floor to remove and replace the sump well liner.  Ben explained everything clearly throughout the process.
