He was very kind and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, as I suspected, it was a replacement. Jeff the project called and we walked through our options and price with him. He was low pressure and very understanding. We decided after our research to schedule a replacement for Sunday morning. Les and Brandon arrived on time and were very nice and worked quickly.
