"I shopped around for a Radon mitigation system install. I had previously tested for multiple years using an electronic air things radon meter i purchased on amazon. Tim agrees these are accurate meters. I knew from the levels here one day I'd get a system installed. I have a deep 14ft basement, and i live pretty much on an old landfill. So although i couldn't measure for it; methane was also a concern for slab gas intrusion, not just radon. I always call around for multiple opinions and quotes. "Jeff, the owner, arrived 5 minutes early for the estimate and 10 minutes early for the service appointment, a big plus in my book.  He examined the entire system, explained what the problem was, and offered me options on how to proceed.  He clearly explained everything I needed to know to make my decision.  I chose to have the fan and conduit replaced.  While he did so (and in extremely cold weather), he also rewired the system to make it more efficient.  He even labeled the proper circuit in my breaker box!  He also ran a test to be sure the new fan is adequate and the system is working satisfactorily.  <br /> Jeff is very professional, efficient, prompt, and helpful.  He is a pleasure to work with and I will not hesitate to call him again for any needed repairs.  I recommend him highly. <br />"
