"We had Dutch's out twice, first for a big mold problem in our attic related to bad ventilation, and then later again when we discovered some mold above our basement windows. Rick and Mark were great to work with both times. You can tell they really care about the quality of work and their customers. I was very freaked out upon finding out that our attic was covered about 2/3 of the way with mold and Rick came out right away the next day to check it out and do a full inspection of the house. He clearly explained what was causing the mold issues and how to get rid of the mold and change our ventilation issues so it wouldn't happen again. After they were done remediating, which was done all in one day, the attic looked great. They also made sure to cover our carpets and cleaned up after themselves. The price was also lower than other places and very fair. Rick even came out again a few months later just to check and make sure everything still looked good after we fixed the ventilation and it did. We later discovered some surface mold that had developed above our old basement windows. Rick and Mark came out and took a look and also checked the attic again and said it still looked great! Mark came back out and sanitized the areas above the windows, and now you can't even tell there was any mold there. He was quick and efficient and so nice! He also carefully covered all our carpets where he would be walking. Thank you Rick and Mark for making dealing with mold an easy and efficient experience!"

"I called Neatnics Home Repair Company on 9/28/15, to do some handy man work around my house. At that time I asked how much did they charge per hour.  The nice young man said that they charge $145 for the first hour and $90 per hour for each hour that their company are in the home.  I had two faucets installed, one faucet fixed, cleaned fan cover and a cabinet in my bathroom installed and I wanted a toilet in my upstairs bathroom installed.  Toilet could not be installed at that time, just the old one removed because the floor had to be repaired first.  They did haul all old materials away.  On 10/5/15, two guys showed up to my house.  They were the nicest most polite men.  Very professional, well dressed and just real nice to even talk to.  Both of the guys did an exceptional job with what I wanted them to do, and I do appreciate that.  One of the young men even went back to the store for me to exchange one of the faucets that did not have everything in the box.  You just cannot beat that kind of customer service. <br /> My only complaint is that when I was initially told over the phone how much it was going to cost to do the job mentioned above, I did not know that I would be paying for each man that was in my house the same price per hour.  It was just the two of them, but I paid $717.75 for the job.  One guys hours was 4.75 and the other was 3.50.  I was charged for 8.25 full hours all together.  One arrived at 10:45 am and the other at 12 pm.  Both left at 3:30pm.  10% was taken from the total charge. <br /> One reason I am sending this note is because my husband is still having a problem with the amount charged.  He thought that it was not fair to quote a price on the phone, then the amount is different when it is time to pay. I did not know that each service tech would receive $90 per hour.  I had to pay them once I saw the receipt stating that both get paid per hour. <br /> I just don't want this to happen to anyone else.  Please ask if the charge is for each service tech that enters your home.  If I would have known that it was for each service tech, I would have continued searching for other options. <br /> Thank you for your time. <br /> Have a good day! <br /> Vanessa E. "OK.. We had this done before at our old house.. an airflow analysis was done.. I received a report with detailed information as to what was needed, what would be done etc. This time, he just walked around with his infrared camera saying what was what. When i asked about gap sealing, potential water (condensation) issues, I was told they don't exist. When I said that I experienced them in our old house.. I was told there was something else. I asked about working with the crawl spaces, I was told that "if you are handy, you can do that yourself". I mentioned an area where the attached garage has a crack that flows to the crawl space.. it was ignored.. he just wanted to add baffles to the attic and blow in insulation. I believe that if all I needed was insulation, they would do a good job, but based on my previous experiences and knowledge, much more can be done."
