"Wow! After a few "no-show" plumbers, I found a gem amidst the storm - literally! My sewer ejection pump stopped working and Ramiro was my hero! We were able to coordinate over the phone with me describing my situation and sending a few pictures. Ruben showed up this morning and was probably one of the nicest, kindest, more competent people I have had work on my house ever. He was able to restore my pump to working order and replace the parts needed. Ruben was very communicative and precise in his diagnosis and repair. He left after a few hours with my pump back up and running - the pump was cleaned out and the alarm float replaced. I am so relieved and more importantly, happy to know whom to call if one of my 4 pumps is in need of some TLC at any time. You would be lucky if you needed help with your pumps to have Quality Pump Service be able to help you!"

"This was a very good experience for me. Both Home Advisor and Oak Plumbing. I could not have been any happier with the customer service on the phone or with the Plumber. The toilet replacement job was done extremely well. Will not hesitate to hire again."

"Harry was very thorough and professional. He replaced the shut-off value under the toilet and rebuilt the inside of the tank. He then fixed the leaking pipe under the kitcken sink. Everything is working great so far. I would definitely use H K & S Plumbing if I ever need service again. Reasonable and a pleasure to work with."

"I NEEDED A REPAIR DONE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, CONTACTED HOMEADVISOR.COM AND WAS IMMEDIATELY CONNECTED WITH JOHNNIE OF ACESTAR PLUMBING. HE WAS IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE AND MET ME WITHIN ONE HOUR OF CONTACT. HE ASSESSED THE SITUATION, PROVIDED THE COST, PURCHASED THE PARTS AND FIXED THE PROBLEM WITHIN ONE HOUR. I WAS RELIEVED AND VERY PLEASED WITH THE JOB. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND WILL HIRE THEM AGAIN IF NECESSARY. THANK YOU JOHNNIE FOR A JOB WELL DONE."

"Franco, reached out via text shortly following my post for this project. Although it wasn’t an emergency it was urgent for me that the clog in my sink was fixed as soon as possible. It was around 720pm when I asked if he could come on short notice, and he replied that he could drop by shortly. He assessed the clog and attributed the issue to my garbage disposal unit. He had new replacement in his van and provided a reasonable quote. He went straight to work and was mindful to wear shoe covers in the house as well as kept the work area clean. High praises for Franco as he was friendly, professional and efficient. After the job was done payment was very easy with Zelle. He even took a moment to answer some questions I had about replacing my toilets. 100% I’d hire Franco again and refer him business"

"Larry called right back and scheduled appointment over the weekend. He arrived on time and called ahead as promised. He was very transparent in his hourly pricing up front. Upon arrival he got right to the job and moved quickly to remedy the situation. While the job was less straightforward than I thought, It was clear he wasn't trying to run the clock out. He solved the problem swiftly with expertise. His work was very well done and clean. He didn't try to upsell me at every turn as I've experienced with other plumbers. I would definitely hire him again to handle repairs and larger jobs."

"Very well, he came out last Friday, they were on time. Armin Rios was very thorough, very confident and very clean and he replaced the pipe. We hadn't asked for him to replace the pipe, but he said this pipe needs to be replaced he was very efficient. He installed a garbage disposal and a faucet."

"I would have liked him better if the conversation didn't start with the conclusion that the water heater needed to be replaced while he hadn't come to see it. This could be either he was so experienced or simply wanted to sell the new water heater."

"J Drains repaired the faucet"
