"I called on a Tuesday and by Friday they gave me an estimate to install which I accepted. They installed my unit on Monday only 6 days after my initial call. They were on time and very polite and informative. They were reasonably priced and very efficient. I was impressed which is not an easy thing to do. I would definitely recommend this small business and would like to say I really appreciate the guys hard work and dedication especially in the heat of August. Thanks again!! Juliana Smith"

"They came quickly & receptionist Charlene was professional. Service tech (I believe his name was Dan or David), came & serviced both central AC units. There were some conflicts about charges & what their service agreements cover or don’t that he called the owner about that could’ve gone either way, but in the end they did good business & I signed up for their annual service plans - which was basically the same price as the one service call would’ve been... but gives us a winter tune up as well. Thankfully they honored. They gave estimates for additional jobs which were about 2x what they should’ve been... so we didn’t hire for anything else."

"Efficiency Air Inc is a fabulous company with excellent customer service and trained professional installers. I received a quote to install a mini split air conditioner/heat pump and we were overjoyed of the quality of work we received. They showed up on time and installed the system with ease. The install Manager â Deanâ was a true leader and got everything needed accomplished. I would recommend Dean and crew to anyone needing quality service. Thank you again for everything. "Brandon came out on a Sunday and looked over the job site for details needed to present an estimate. Within a day I had the estimate with 3 options from low to high, all of which were reasonable the only difference being what equipment I wanted to install. Option #1 and #2 were lower end brands that were less expensive but since the difference in price betwee Option #1 and Option #3 was about $1400, I went to Option #3 which was their top tier brand, Carrier that clearly is an industry leader and trusted brand for longevity. I was installing a SINGLE ductless to cool a standard bedroom size room with a 18,000 BTU unit. The job took a total of about 5 hours since they were mounting the unit in a second floor bedroom and they needed to run the power/refrigerant lines two stories down to the compressor mounted on the wall. Everyone from Office Staff Jim to installers were absolutely wonderful to deal with. You can trust this company."

"ONLY one willing/able to show up on a Saturday and 1 days notice prompt- efficient- went very well EXCEPT cost $300 They said $185 for service call but that $185 to be applied to cost if service done. Then charged an additional $80 for part to be installed and then $35 to top off Freon. We felt $265 was very very high for capacitor (185+80)"

"SoCal Climate Control finished installing a new central A/C condensor. They did great work, showed up exactly on time, did the job with no complaints and cleaned up after themselves. I can't compliment them more. Don't hesitate to use this firm"
