"Javier scoped the main sewer line and accounted for each water outflow (kitchen, toilets, bathroom sinks, shower, bathtub and laundry). He showed me the line breakage and how the water was slowly seeping into the ground. I felt comfortable with him since he was so detailed and understood where to dig (instead of disrupting the whole yard/garden area). We were concerned about how dirty the job could be, but they tried to keep the movement of dirt to a minimum. As they finished the job each day, they cleaned up the area and getting it ready for the next days work. They only had to shut off the water/sewer usage for one day which made my 91 year old mom happy, We replaced and installed a new sewer system. The pipes to the kitchen, toilets, sinks, tub/shower and laundry were all replaced. They installed rebar dowels before cementing the floors. "The line connecting my washing machine and kitchen to the main line was blocked; with water back up in the sink and washing machine. After an unsuccessful attempt to snake the line from the outside access, it was suggested by another that the clog couldnâ t be cleared, pipe was â done,â and the solution was to reroute the pipe for about 12 K! I was literally almost resigned to a huge 12 K problem and canâ t express how grateful I am that Geremi didnâ t give up and succeeded at unclogging this drain, and that I was able to see with his camera that the pipe was not, in fact, done. There were no added charges for the extra time or new snake blades it took to cut through this clog and no expensive and unnecessary recommendations. I now have a trusted plumber for life."

"Oh Man, well.......on the evening of Monday, October 1, 2018, my kitchen sink drain backed up. I contacted a local plumber that advertises on the radio and on Wednesday October 3, 2018 they arrived at my house. The plumber Snaked the Drain Line all the way to the Sewage "Y" inlet and discovered Tree Roots in the Drain Line. The Plumber also observed muddy water present indicating a cracked cast iron drain sewage line. My house as built in 1947 so that Cast Iron Pipe lasted 71 years. Later that day, I placed a Quote Request on "Home-Advisor" for replacing my sewage drain lines. Jose called me within 5 minutes of placing a quote request on Home-Advisor. I missed the call and soon after their was a knock on my door. (WOW). I explained to Jose my Plumbing Problem and within 45 minutes another worker, also Jose arrived and inspected my drain lines. Jose#2 climbed under my house and discovered that a 2 inch PVC drain pipe line from the shower, tub and Sink was broken and shooting out water under the house......ugh!!! Emergency Crisis, SO Jose#2 gave me a quote and said He could come out the next morning. So the next morning both Jose#1 & 2 arrived to replace all of my Drain Lines and seal the wet dirt with plastic sheets and absorbent Kitty-Litter......... The Great news was after all the old drain pipes were replaced with new 2" and 3" ABS Black Pipes and Fittings (all the way to the Sewer Inlet) Jose#1 sent a video camera down the drain 60 feet all the way to the City sewer under the street and discovered minimal issues with the 71 year old Clay Pipes. We observed only two pipe joints that were misaligned bu a 1/8 of in inch. Tree Roots were not in issue. Thank God......."

"I do! This dynamic duo of father and son knew precisely what the problem(s) were and zeroâ d in on a cost effective, efficient solution. The drain pipes that were under my house, difficult to access and original from 1951, were rotted out and leaking noxious material onto the dirt.
