"I had four different contractors come to my house to give me a fee for a kitchen remodel at my home in Calabasas California. I had a budget in mind that was pretty specific, all three contractors told me there was no way possible that they could remodel my kitchen at that price. "I got their name from a friend who was very happy with their kitchen remodel. I hired them to remodel a rental home. They ripped out the entire kitchen, removed two sliders and closed the opening and added large windows, replaced the entire floor throughout the house, remodeled the 2 bathrooms and fixed a leak in the roof that turned out to be a bigger fix than a quick patch. I was very happy with the entire job. David handled everything and was very communicative throughout the entire project. I travel a large amount for work and my biggest concern was to have to be involved in the project. Besides going to that has to check on the process the took care of the entire thing including receiving all of the new appliances. If you want a stress free , great job I would hire them in a heart beat."

"It went really well! Gino Henn, the general contractor, is a man of his word! He sincerely wants the job done as if it was his own home. The men he has working on each part of the project show up consistently, they prepare the house to keep it as tidy as possible through the process, they are nice and respectful to work with and so good at what they do! I was very impressed with Gino‘s ability to connect with someone to do a specific job and be here as soon as I had a need. We had to move some air conditioning ducting in addition to the remodel. The patching and painting was so good that you can’t tell it happened! I love my new kitchen and bathroom, thanks to Gino and his amazing crew!"

"Ouriel from Universal Home Design converted my detached garage into a studio with a kitchen and bathroom, from July through October 2020. We were referred to him via friend who underwent a garage conversion the year prior. Our original garage was 450 ft. A 94 square foot axdition was added on for the bathroom and laundry area. The tile installed in our shower looks incredible! The studio is spacious, and we are super happy with the work that was done! The process from start to finish was organized and straightforward. Payments were made at different steps along the way based on the contract. Ouriel was easily reachable via phone and text the entire time. He answered all our questions and concerns, and got back to us quickly, which is not always the case in contract work. We actually recommended his firm to one of neighbors down the street.
