"Alex is extremely knowledgeable and completely on top of things. He treats you like you are the most important customer in his busy business. In a few minutes, he gave us a quote. We have had a Rheem water heater for the past 22 years and wanted to replace it with the same brand. We did purchase another similar Rheem water heater from Home Depot. Alex offered to pick it up from there, deliver it, and install it. So the next day we met him at Home Depot. He went to inspect the new Rheem water heater and noticed it was missing some parts and that it had an electric starter. Which in the past has been a problem meaning more expense for the homeowner prematurely if it goes out, and we all definitely want to avoid that as much as possible? Also, if it does stop functioning correctly you might have to have the unit removed and the new one reinstalled at your own expense, even if the unit is still under warranty. Alex recommended us to go with a Bradford White only gas water heater, which he got us a great deal on. Alex and his crew drained plus removed my old leaking Rheem water heater and installed the new one in no time. He also placed a drip pan and new flex hoses for the water in/out. They were very aware of cleaning up afterward, which most repair people do not. Alex is super nice, informative, personable, and trustworthy. He did not up-sell anything that was not necessary to have like most other plumbers will do. He quoted us a very-very fair price for the work done. "I do! This dynamic duo of father and son knew precisely what the problem(s) were and zeroâ d in on a cost effective, efficient solution. The drain pipes that were under my house, difficult to access and original from 1951, were rotted out and leaking noxious material onto the dirt. Also, I couldnâ t get hot water in my kitchen sink (the presenting problem) in spite of having a recirculating pump installed years ago. Don (father) apparently loves a puzzle, and he took it on as a challenge to figure out why it wasnâ t working. Bibbity Bobbiity Boo, the complexities were unraveled and now I have pippin hot water in my sink AND fresh new drain pipes.
