"TLS came out on time within the window they initially gave me. Unfortunately, one of the guys accidentally hit a recessed light can with the hose which caused the can to push through the ceiling damaging the drywall and texture of the ceiling. They called Seth and he came out within an hour to inspect the damage. He offered me two options: 1. I could have him fix the ceiling and then finish the insulation job for the quoted price. 2. He would personally come out the next morning at 8 am to fix some bad duct work that was badly hampering air flow to my guest bedroom and then blow insulation to get me to R-38+. He would do all of this for FREE! I of course took him up on the second option. He was extremely apologetic and emphasized that this was not a common occurrence and that they are very careful. But he wanted to make it right and he certainly did. It is hard to find professionals that do business this way anymore. I was very happy with how courteous and professional Seth and TLS were to me. I later hired a drywall professional to fix the ceiling and a few other spots that needed repair for $150. I'd like to say that I made out in this situation but I hope this story tells you of how amazing and rare this company is to it's customers. I hope they get your business. You will not be disappointing. Reputation is everything in business and TLS strives to have an immaculate one. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you again for a great experience during an uncommon circumstance. I will be calling them when my A/C goes out as well."
