"This was an excellent experience for us. Zach arrived just after 8:00 (I had been given a range from 8 to 10) and handled both plumbing issues quickly, efficiently, and professionally. He answered all my questions and didn't mind when I asked to watch the process, as these things interest me. Zach was friendly and respectful and very skilled. The only reason I checked "B" for Responsiveness is that CZ Plumbing had told me they would come the day before, gave me a time range, but then I heard nothing--when I finally reached Chuck late in the day, he explained that Zach had been working on a job out of cell phone range and was unable to contact anyone. We rescheduled for June 8th, the next day, and everything worked out very well. I realize that, in rural Maine especially, these things can happen. Luckily I work from a home office, so ultimately there was no problem and i wasn't inconvenienced.
