I was contacted by Rightway Waterproofing via phone and email but did not respond as life happens. Well it rained really heavy again in August and I had more water in the basement. I reached out to them on a Friday and Albert contacted me immediately. They were able to come out on Monday to look at my property. Jake was thorough and friendly. He let me know what he thought we needed, explained everything thoroughly and gave us a quote which was completely reasonable. We accepted the bid and work was to commence on Thurs as they had an opening. Work was completed in one day. The area was kept pristine and they did an amazing job. "I had a very good experience and was very satisfied. My initial job required a pipe repair behind a paneled wall. Chris was very careful in removing the panels and replacing them once the repair was complete. The problem was more extensive than we expected and also required accessing the pipe from outside the house. This meant removing some of  the vinyl siding and putting it back. Once complete, you could not even tell where the repair took place.
Second job went equally well. I found the workmanship very good and Chris and his co-worker were very professional and completed the job in a timely manner.
