"I'm on a board for a condo association located in Wildwood, NJ and I contacted Scott in early September for various repair work that needed to be done at 2 of our 3 buildings. Finding a reputable, reliable contractor in South Jersey is hard to come by and the moment Scott came out for the initial estimate, I knew he was different. He was informative and knowledgeable, offering suggestions and solutions to my many questions. We hired Scott and were so happy with his work that we brought him back several more times for smaller projects and plan to continue using him. With each job that he's done, his communication, responsiveness and actual work have been amazing. Additionally, his prices are very reasonable and competitive. I’m so happy with SCS that I’m considering hiring them for a small kitchen remodel in my personal condo. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, honest contractor that does excellent work, I would highly recommend Scott and SCS Construction."

"Angel and his team did a first class job of building a beautiful screened in porch on our existing deck, including the necessary structural work underneath. We spoke with multiple contractors and ZZEOS were the most knowledgeable and detailed oriented. We were so impressed with the porch, we had the finish off around the bottom of the deck. Pricing was very reasonable. They give you lots of options like skylights, doors, siding and shingle colors, etc. if we do anything else to our home, we will give them a call."

"Fred and his team are excellent. We Cannot express how good of a job they do, how well they communicate, and how well they work with you during your renovations. We were so happy we went with them, have recommended them to friends and will use them again for our next major project."

"We hired MW Construction to install Barn Doors as well as a electric fireplace. They were on time, very thorough and the job was done meticulously. Maciej and his crew is top notch. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for contractor work. Excellent!!"

"This contractor does great work in all the ares you mention. They have many years of experience and their skills result in high quality workmanship. They were able to report other concerns we wouldn't have otherwise known about; and was able to professionally resolve anything that arose. We appreciate their knowledge, skills, and professionalism; and highly recommend them without hesitation. Thank you!"

"Work is clean cut and well done. Decks came out great, found issues under the doors from previous improper door installs and repaired them after checking with us for approval. Would definitely keep in my contact list."

"Z, Came to my home in Wildwood Crest. He gave me a quote to remodel my laundry room. He was professional, efficient but most of all he gave us advice. He went above and beyond our expectations. The laundry room looks great. I had loose steps coming from my back deck to the yard. I ask Z if that was something he can do? He said, let me grab lunch and a couple tools to do the step and I’ll be back. He gave me a great price and the steps are perfect. Real good guy and very honest. Ray"

"TMM Builders (Ted) did a full rebuild of our house in Avalon, from knockdown to completion. We are so very pleased with the work that was done, which was completed in a very efficient, highly professional manner. We have had several people in the construction trade tour the home and comment that they were very impressed at the quality of the workmanship and professional manner in which it was completed. No shortcuts were taken or corners cut. Ted was very easy to work with from start to finish. He worked with my wife and me on all key decisions, always pointing out what was coming next and when he would need our decisions. Ted is also a very fair and honest man. HIs quote was his quote. There were no games played. He was very easy to deal with throughout the process. I would highly recommend Ted/TMM Builders to anyone who wanted high quality work done at their house."

"Yes, the job was done beautiful. He was very professional and definitely has the skills and knowledge as a general contractor. He kept me informed and contacted immediately if there were any issues. I highly recommend this company for any home improvement projects."

"Joe and his subs did a great job for us. Price was fair, and he was either here, or could almost always be reached, when the work was going on. All the subs were excellent at their specialty and also nice guys that you wouldn't mind letting in your home. Both Joe and they were always sensitive to the fact that we had to live here while the work was going on, and tried to inconvenience us as little as possible. Joe worked with us with each change and/or additional work we requested, and the addition to the bedrooms and new master bath were just what we hoped for. The finished product is beautiful, and we would recommend Joe for any job."
