"Shopped out multiple heat pump quotes for our Dana Point home before settling on CCS. CCS were were timely in their response, accessible, and always helpful throughout the entire process. We discussed multiple options at different price ranges before settling on a 3.5-ton AC-Pro system, which Eric Tesch (CCS Business Owner), and his crew installed the new unit on-time, and on budget. We had a couple of hick-ups during the install, including electrical connection issues, and an unanticipated, re-sizing of the attic entry to remove the existing furnace/air handling unit. This caused added time and effort to complete the project, but Eric was both helpful and fair in addressing these issues.
