"Excellent. Plumber got handle to work. No replacement was necessary"

"The gas pipe repair was overpriced 770 in my opinion although it was completed without the need to follow up within the day and they did show up as they promised. The leaking riser section pipe was underground only 6 inches and the entire excavation was about 18 in long x 6 in wide x 8 in deep approx, done by hand tool. He spent more time trying to upsell me a full length underground pipe replacement and trenching than talking about the repair at hand. When I toyed with the idea of a new line above ground without the excavation cost, he described the most absurd design of mounting the new line 3 feet off the ground to show me how ugly and indicated that is the regulation, which is not true. The line and certainly touch ground."

"I am a fairly skeptical person when it comes to hiring repairmen. However, when I hired Draintown Rooter I hit the jackpot. Ryan, their Project Manager/ Owner came out immediately at my request to give me an estimate on replacing my broken main water line. He was courteous and professional, as was the crew that did the repair. His estimate was extremely fair in comparison to the other two I obtained. He was by,three times inspecting all the work that was done. If you need a plumber I highly and confidently recommend Draintown Rooter."
