"We are so glad we chose Coastal Kitchens and Baths Inc. for our remodeling project. They did such a great job on our master bath, guest bath, and the flooring throughout our house. The luxury vinyl looks amazing and completely transformed our home. John was very hands-on and made sure everything was completed with attention to detail. I could even text him late in the evening—sometimes around 9:30—and he would respond right away. That level of communication and dedication made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We are extremely happy with the results and would definitely use Coastal Kitchens and Baths Inc. again."

"David and Team are amazing. They constructed a 500 sq ft master suite addition for us. The craftsmanship was excellent, workers were kind and respectful. David is extremely communicative, transparent, and had staff working every day (which does not always happen with contractors as sometimes they just don't show up). Another big plus was David did not nickel and dime for everything, including small adjustments to the plan, making the process much less stressful. We really appreciated the relationship and could not be happier with the final product. David is definitely now our "go-to" for any housing projects we need done."

"Josh and his team did a wonderful job remodeling one of my properties on the Newport Beach peninsula. There were multiple setbacks and issues that had to be overcome and I was pleased with how they handled those items. Ultimately the renovations turned out fantastic and I was able to list the property and sell it for over market based on the quality of renovations."

"McGee Construction performed 2 major remodeling projects for us, both ending with outstanding results. I would highly recommend McGee Construction and will definitely use them again should the need arise."

"Peter was excellent to work with I continued to add things to the project. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. Everyday he moved the old stuff away and cleaned up. I appreciate that he is very responsive in answering my calls or text. His work was beautiful and I will use him again!"

"Masoud ( Universal Builders ) did an excellent job remodeling our home. The scope included kitchen upgrades, bathrooms, flooring and plumbing fixes. Masoud and his team were punctual, organized, and very respectful of our home. Any issues that came up were addressed quickly and professionally. The craftsmanship and attention to detail really stand out. We would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone looking for high quality work."

"We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Prestige Home Design on our home renovation. From the beginning, their team was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us create a home we love. One of the things we appreciated most was their guidance throughout the entire process. Renovations come with a seemingly endless number of decisions, and they were always willing to talk through our options, offer thoughtful recommendations, and help us find solutions when something needed to change. And speaking of changes—we definitely had our share of last-minute change orders! Prestige was incredibly patient and accommodating every single time. Rather than making us feel like we were creating a problem, they worked with us to figure out how to make the changes happen and kept the project moving forward. That kind of flexibility and attitude is invaluable during a major renovation. Communication was excellent, the team was a pleasure to work with"

"This company was very professional, and they have affordable prices. I will continue doing business with them in the future for other home improvements."
