"We are extremely happy with the way this turned out. Oven looks fantastic, techs were knowledgeable, professional, on time, and friendly."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Thank you for your excellent repair my fridge , im so glad to i worked with you guys"

"First of all, Arthur is amazing! He is an exceptional worker and explains everything throughly. Our high-end kitchenaid fridge broke down after Thanksgiving. I reached out to Kitchen Aid and they referred me to AA repairs. Arthur came out the next day and diagnosed our fridge, we needed a new condenser. He expedited the parts from east coast distributor during the holiday week. It came in 2 days and he installed it the next day. He very knowledgeable on kitchaid appliances and knew exactly the problem. I highly recommend AA repairs for any high end appliance. They communicate throughly, priced fairly, and have the best workers. I will be calling up AA repairs in the future for appliance repair."

"The service worked out fine. Nothing stood out. They came in, did a good job, they were friendly, and had good advise on how to avoid future problems."

"When my mother's Whirlpool dryer stopped working I called Sick Appliance Repair and left a message. It was later in the day and I didn't expect to hear back until the next day, but Larry returned my call and said he could come out that evening after finishing another job. He arrived when he said he would and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was kind and friendly and took the time to answer questions about other issues. I would definitely call him again and recommend him to others."

"Technician was experienced, helpful, and cordial. He diagnosed the issue quickly and ordered the replacement parts. The following week he returned and installed the replacement and serviced the fridge. Works like a champ now! A+ company (no pun intended). Would recommend."

"On time showing up and fixing the microwave right a way with no further issues after many months"

"Scott Berryhill did an outstanding job detecting and repairing the perplexing and sudden power outage to three rooms of our home. He provided same-day service, and within a few hours of my phone call, detected and fixed the problem. We really appreciated his professionalism and expert knowledge, and highly recommend his services. If another problem ever arises, we'll definitely call him again."

"Alex of Alpha Appliances was professional, caring, clean and efficient. He went above and beyond to make all of my appliances work perfectly and also, to educate me on what I needed to do with the burners and pre-heating the oven to "burn off" the air. He probably saved me hours of reading the manual so Thank You Alex! I would absolutely hire him again and plan to for my other property!"
