"I was surprised they were able to take my call so late and had someone available to come out earlier than next morning. They were quick to act explained everything that they were doing and were able to fix the pilot light quickly. I was just a little surprised by the cost. It was $297 to simply turn on the pilot light and they quoted me only $100 to do an entire water heater replacement for the future (of course we’d source our own water heater)."
