He understood the issue and explained to me a few options available to me to address the issues with my basement flooding. It took 1 week from start to finish and throughout the execution of the project, I was kept informed of their progress. More important than everything, I already can tell that the repairs to my basement were successful. We have had 2 main rain events since they finished the work and the basement is dry. "Billy and his team carried out a major renovation of our 100 year old home, including a total revamp of our second floor to have a masterbedroom, two bathrooms, a walkin closet and a new second floor deck. The project also included renovation of a room to create a library with built in shelves. To say we are happy with the result would be a major understatement. Billy solved a number of unexpected complications in this old structure and made numerous suggestions to improve the plans. He routinely found significat savings in acquisition of materials and other costs. (Note: in the photos below the ramp wss put in by me for our dog and was not part of the renovation.)"

"We have used The North Star Companies for several jobs in the past, with the most recent being the largest. We hired them do a complete renovation of our home in Severn. The job grew larger as demo began and turned into a job requiring the rebuild of exterior walls, demo of concrete slabs - basically the house had to be rebuilt from the ground up. All new plumbing, electric, framing, windows, siding, roof, etc. I have known Chris for 20+ years and was confident that our forever home would be solid and done right. We had a few hiccups throughout the process - as this was done during Covid, so there were supply issues, delays and so forth, but Chris and his guys did an amazing job.
