Throughout the entire process, Ngura answered every question I had and explained every step. I would hire Day & Night again in a heartbeat, and I would request Ngura Sailo by name."

He determined what parts were needed for the tub/shower and ordered the parts. He texted me when the parts came in 3 days later and Chris Hanes came out to install.
